Required Category form doesn't sync with PDA

I have created a custom contact form using Sue
M's "required category" form. I'm not able to sync up my
PDA contacts with the new form. Is this an Outlook issue
or do I need to go to the PDA community?

It's a sync utility issue. Not all tools can handle custom forms.
