requirements traceability?

I'm looking for a Requirements Traceability tool, app, or template that
integrates well into an MS EPM type solution (MS Project 2003, PS 2003, WSS,
etc). Is anyone using a nice tool or know of a nice tool?

One of the nicest tools I've seen is Rational's Requisite Pro. I haven't
heard of anyone specifically integrating this Microsoft EPM, and I'm not
certain why or how one would do this other than as part of a content
management solution tied to Project Server through SharePoint.

It's crude, but if you created your Requirements Document in a SharePoint
folder as a series of individual documents, you can link those documents to
projects tasks back in PWA, relating each requirement to one or more tasks
involved in implementing or testing that requirement.
