All,
I posted this message several weeks ago without any responses, probably no
one has run into this yet. I wanted to give it another shot and see if
anyone might have some ideas or suggestions as opposed to having a concrete
solution.
Essentially I am unable to publish from Project Professional 2002 (or Select
Resources from the ProjectServer) to ProjectServer 2002 with IIS set to
"require client certificates". Unfortunately, we are bound to have all
external websites to require client certificates, so this puts me in a bind.
The error is pretty boring, just the - something is wrong with the URL, etc.
etc. message.
Has anyone else been faced with this problem? Users can get into the PWA
just fine using their Certificates, IIS works great there, but Project
Professional 2002 seems to get confused, probably because a certificate
selection window or something like that.
Thoughts?
