rerun the outlook startup wizard?

Had a crash in the middle of running the outlook startup wizard. Now when I
start outlook, a window pops ups showing "Configuring Outlook" and
'Configuring Outlook Accounts' and then 'Creating Welcome Message' and then
nothing happens.

I can't delete the profile in User Accounts because Outlook hasn't started
for the first time so email doesn't show up under User Accounts.

If I could wipe out the bad outlook profile and rerun the outlook startup
wizard I could fix this.

Depends on your version. You should be able to select outlook from the start
menu in XP by selecting Start, right clicking outlook then properties. Go to
show profiles and delete it.
