Reset all permissions (group permissions and security) back to out-of-the-box settings

How can I most easily reset the permissions / security back to what
they were right after install?

Andy --

There is no default way to do this in Project Server 2003. The best I can
recommend is that you purchase our Administering an Enterprise PMO using
Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 book, which details EVERY default
permission. You can use the book as your guide. Click either URL in my
