Reset default start up

I removed several of the menus and I closed it without making a copy, can I
reset the toolbars to default and how do I do it?

If necessary, hold down the Shift key while opening the database. Then
use the Tools -> Startup dialog to reset the changes you made there.
And if you need to, click menu item View -> Toolbars -> Customize... and
reset the toolbars you modified.
