reset hyperlinks

I have several power point shows sent to my from other instructors. I can
copy the files from the cd without problems. I'm having trouble with the
action buttons and hyperlinks contained in the file. When I run the show the
file links and action commands show as broken links? I have all the files in
the same folder, media and ppt. How do I edit the hyperlinks and move the
files within the folder to make the show run as written?

If the problem is only with links to media files, you can manually delete and
then reinsert the media files to correct the links. If the task is too large,
or there are links to other file types, you can do it automatically with
PowerLink at http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorials/PowerPoint/powerlink.htm
