Hey Everyone,
Having a very strange problem. Basically, when an admin attempts to
use the "Reset Password" functionality in PWA (Project Server 2003
SP1), PWA acts as if it was changed (the dialog pops up and says the
change was successful). However, the change isn't ever made in the DB.
However, when the individual user logs in and uses the "Change
Password" screen, it works just fine. In addition, when you try to
change a password, and it says you did, but the password isn't actually
changed, if you go and try to Create a new User, PWA behaves as if you
successfully created the user, however, the user is never created.
But, if you try to create users without trying to "Reset Password" on
someone first, you can create users just fine. Another interesting
point is that if you close the IE session and reopen it, you are able
to create users again. Does anybody have any ideas??
