Reset project server admin account?

Hello,

I recently inherited a project server 2003 box running on
Server 2003 and it seems no-one knows what the root
password is. I do have the administrator account password
for the server and the sa account for the SQL server that
is the Project server backend.

But i do not have the password for the administrator
account for the project server web login needed to
administer project server accounts.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to reset this with
the access i do have?
