Resetting database menubars

I've come across a little problem when i set up the toolbars on display when my database starts up. Now i can't seem to reset them - how do i do this considering i no longer have the view and tools options on the main menubar.

Try holding down the shift key while you open the database - that'll bypass
the startup settings.
