Resetting horizontal scrollbar

Dave B.

When deleting rows from large worksheets, the horizontal
scollbar still takes you to the bottom of the worksheet
when you drag it to the bottom, whether there is data in
the rows or not. Is there a way to reset the scrollbar?
If you have a worksheet that contains 3,000 rows of data
and you delete 2,500 rows, is there a way to reset the
horizontal scrollbar so that when you drag the horizontal
scollbar to the bottom, you see row 500 rather than row
3000?

thanks

Select the first cell below your data then do ctrl + shift & down-arrow,
then to the right (ctrl + shift & right-arrow),
do edit>delete, press ctrl + home and then save the file should do it
Basically select everything except your data and delete it and then save the
workbook
