Resize Detail Section in Form

This seems like a really simple thing - and I have never had this problem
before. I am hoping that I am just overlooking something really obvious!

My form has a very small detail section, with a combo box in it. There is
also a Header and Footer (quite large, with buttons to select forms in it.) I
have the detail section set at about .5", which is nice for that section of
the form. Other settings for the Detail section are Can Grow - No, Can Shrink
- Yes. However, when I switch to Form view, the section grows to around 4" or
so, leaving a ton of blank space under my combo box.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the quick respons.
I checked the AutoResize property and it is (and was) set to Yes.
Any other ideas?

I changed Border Style to "none" and now that seems to have done the trick.
