I have two work books, created in Office X and using 10.3.3, in which I
cannot move / resize the windows. Also cannot freeze or split panes.
Wouldnt be a problem, except the tabs are now below the bottom of the
screen which- is a bit of a pain- and cannot move the windows up in order
to either use or resize.
Any thoughts on why this happens?
