Resize Multiple Graphs at Once

James Hamilton

Hi,

I have a number of graphs of varying sizes on a sheet. How do I resize them
all simultaneously so that they are all of the same size?

Thanks!

James,

Select them (use the Shift key). Right-click one - Format object - Size
tab. Type in the height and width you want. Click OK. They'll all be set
to that size. If you want to change all the sizes again, select them all,
then drag a handle.

Thanks - this worked.

How do I now align them horizontally and vertically so that they are in a
nice looking grid?

Thanks again!

James,

To align them, select them as before, then in the Drawing Toolbar, click
Draw - Align or distribute - Align to top/bottom, (doesn't matter since
they're now the same size) or left/center/right, as appropriate for how
they're laid out. To equally space them, use distribute, having the first
and last where you want them -- it moves the others until they're equally
spaced. Keep good-'ol Undo handy in case you mess up.

Thanks Earl.
