Resize of Page

How can I get my pages to resize and look correct in any view. I mean if a screen setting is small then the page gets messed up. Is there a way for it to automaticly resize?

Put all your content in a table and set the table to 100% if you always want
it to stretch or shrink or set it to a specific number of pixels if you want
it to stay in place regardless of the user's resolution.
