Resize screen shots

Mike P.

I have 98 slides with screenshots (1 per slide) that are
bigger than the slide. Is there an automated way to resize
them all so they fit on the slide and are the same size?
I'm using PowerPoint 2000.

Thanks.

You can insert the slides as background. Go to "format
background". Use the option "picture" and all pictures
will be the same size. This works with OfficeXP, but I'm
not sure if this option is available in PowerPoint 2000.

Download the free PPTools starters set (url below or go to
http://get.pptools.com)

Install it, then click off the slide to make sure nothing's selected, then
click the gadget for memorizing object positions on the Edit toolbar
included with the Starter Set.

Then click on one of the images and click the hammer tool to whack it to the
desired size/position.
