Hello

I have a problem

I'm using Office 2003 Profesional & something seems to have gone awry with
my templates.

My templates include bits of header information &, with letter templates,
the cursor is set for several lines down the page. When I create a new
document with the template, I do not see the information on the template,
but get a smaller page. For example the template might look like this:

Note to Clients:

Cursor here

but the document that comes out of the template just looks like:

Cursor here

without the header information or the first few lines included. This makes
no difference when it comes to printing the document as the header
information & extra lines are included, but you cannot tell this when
writing the document.

Can anybody tell me why this might be?

Thanks

Sam

Headers and footers are not visible in Normal view... switch to Print
Layout view by clicking on View | Print Layout. Also click on Tools |
Options | View | check the "White space between pages" box | OK.
