Resizing a sheet

S

Struggling with this problem, which no doubt has a simple solution.

The sheet I am working on has, for some reason, expanded all the way down to
something like row 65,000 even though there is no data in any of the fields
past row 200. This has obviously increased the size of the file, and I can't
figure out how to remove the additional rows.

Any help would be appreciated

Highlight the rows you don't want (201 to 65,536), right click and
select Delete, then save the spreadsheet.

The rows won't disappear, but after saving and in some cases, closing and
re-opening, the used range will be down to row 200.
