Resizing Fields on a form

By default Access 2007 resizes all fields the same size in design view. How
do i make this independent.

With the form in design view.

Select each control or a group of controls by dragging over them.

Select the Arrange Ribbon

Press the Remove Button (Third or fourth icon from the left.)

The controls will then be removed from the group allowing you to resize move
indipendantly etc.
