Resizing image in Powerpoint 2002 doesn't resize imbedded text

We're inserting a wmf file that contains both graphics and text into PowerPoint
2002. (We've use both cut-and-paste and Insert + Picture + From File.) The
inserted picture isn't the desired size so we grab its handles and drag to
enlarge the picture. The graphics enlarge but the text in the picture stays the
same font size (too small). Do you have any idea what is going one?

BTW, doing the same thing using PowerPoint 2000 has different results. the
picture inserts larger and when it is resized the text and graphics rescale
together.

I'll answer my own post. Text will scale with the graphics is I go to
Tools+AutoCorrect Options and select the AutoFormat As You Type tab. If I
remove the check from "AutoFit body text to placeholder," when I resize the
picture the text rescales.
