Hi Jason
If you select the cell first, you should find that dragging the column
division affects only that cell.
Similarly, the Table Properties dialog will apply to the part of the table
selected.
Watch out, though - dragging individual cell borders around can produce some
very complex table formatting that will give you grief later.

3, i don't want to reszie all of the first columns in the whole table.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. when it does, i have no idea why.
