I have modifed the meeting request form by activating tab page 2 and placing
some controls on it (mostly cloning the Appointment tab). However, when I run
the form, when ny new page is active, I get scroll bars shown on the entire
form and the controls do not size correctly. I have had some success setting
the 'Resize with form' property, but I still get the scroll bars on the form.
How can I prevent them from showing up? Also, I'd like all controls to size
just like they do on the Appointment form.
