Word doesn't have a built-in way to do this. Some printers can do it (click
preferences on the the print dialog and explore the options). Document
management software (like Acrobat) and full graphics programs (like
PageMaker and Corel) can do it also.
It's possible but tedious to do it through Word: reduce all measurements and
font sizes to 45 % of the original.
