Resizing text as part of a group

I have made a figure that cointains text boxes. The text has been grouped
with several other different objects. If I mark the group and resize it, all
other objects are resized, but the text will still be in the size that is
specified in the font size property setting.

Is there anyway I can get the text to follow the size of the other objects
in the group? I guess the text has to be converted to graphics somehow. How
do I do this?
