I created an organization chart with photos, names and connectors. And then
grouped it all together so that I could drag and center it on the document.
My problem is that after I dragged the grouping (the photos and boxes which
were all 1"X .75" ) reduced in size to 1"X.57". What do you think caused
that and is there a fast way to correct that besides individually correcting
each individual photo.

You probably resized this by dragging one of the borders rather than
one of the corners. Fix it in one step using Format +Picture/Object
and click the Size tab. Uncheck Maintain Aspect ratio and then size
teh width and height to the same amount and recheck the Maintain
Aspect ration button.
