resolve "files in conflict" Front Page 2003?

How do I resolve "files in conflict" in Front Page 2003? "Help" says merge
changes between the local and remote sites, but I don't know exactly what
that means, or how to do it?

Do NOT merge.

Whichever site is most current should be Published fully to the site that is
not the most current. So, if your local (on your hd) is the most updated
fully publish that to your remote...or vice-versa if the remote is the most
updated one.
