I have a user who I set up a new profile and says that he cannot resolve name
through the Global Address Book by typing first name then last name (then
doing a Control-K). If we type in lastname, then first name it resolves
fine, but he does not want it this way. I set the Global Address Book as the
first address book to resolve names, but will not resolve by first name/last
name. Was able to do it in the previous profile.
Hopefully it is an easy fix (I've looked everywhere).
