Resolving names on incoming email

I am running Outlook 2000 on WinXP Home. When someone emails me, and
I have them entered in my Outlook contacts, I would like their name to
show up as it appears in Outlook instead of their email address. Is
there a way to do this?

Example: Joe Smith is in my contacts. His email is
[email protected]. When he emails me, the From field shows
[email protected], instead of Joe Smith.
