Dear All,
First the background: My client has a hierarchy where CEO is on top followed
by Program Managers followed by LOB Managers followed by Project Managers
followed by team members.
The problem here is that team members keep changing LOBs based on the
project they are working on. Also a team member can be working on multiple
projects under different Project Managers.
Allocation of resources is done by LOB managers based on project where he
assigns resources to "Projects", not tasks, for some %. For example a
resource might be assigned 80% to one project manager and 20% to another.
Can anyone suggest a way to acheive this please. Would this be possible
anyway using PDS?
