I build projects that span a 100hr period of time for
each project and I am looking for help on resource
allocation. Each job has resources associated to tasks
but the resources are (2) seprate managers who than will
reallocate the task to people below them. When I publish
the jobs they change on the manager side. Tasks from
previous jobs will disappear. I now that it has
something to do with hours per week (or I think it
does). My question is, does anyone know how to allow
resources to have more hours so they can allocate tasks
to other employees without the Project Manager having to
guess who is free?
