Resource Assignment View coming up blank

Good Morning:

I have had PM's report to me that when they try to find a resource's assignments in the Resource Assignments View in PWA, that nothing appears.

I have been able to replicate this by going to Resources, View Resource Assignments, adding in the resource in question and clicking Apply.

When I do this, nothing shows up below where the grid should be.

If, I take all names out of the wizard, add in someone who's tasks do show, click Apply, then add in the same resource that was blank, and click Apply, their tasks show up. I can then remove the first resource and the resource in question's tasks remain.

Has anyone else seen this behavior and does anyone know of a fix?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

In the Actions pane on the left side of the View Resource Assignments page,
there is a section called Assignments displayed. This section offers two
choices: Current Assignments and All Assignments. By default, Current
Assignments is selected. If a resource has no task assignments that are
considered "Current" then nothing will show up for that person in the View
Resource Assignments data grid. In this case, the project manager should
select the All Assignments option. Let me know if this helps.

Thank you for the feedback.

I should have included in my post that I'd gone through those steps with no luck. It's almost as if a piece of logic is missing on random resources

Any thoughts

Thanks
