Resource Assignment view issue

This is a very strange issue I have:

One of the PMs has assigned Margaret to Task A - Looks like before doing
this Allen was assigned before to this Task A and this assignment was
deleted.

There is a strange task B that is assigned to Allen. I say strange because
if I open the Project using Project Professional I don see this assignment
anywhere.

I have tried to republish all the project information but no luck until now.

What is wrong now?
