Resource Assignments not showing in Data Analysis

I have been running Project Server 2007 since last September and
intermittently have experienced the following situation.

Many resource assignments made by project managers are not displaying in the
Data Analysis views after they save and publsih their data. The OLAP cube is
being built nightly yet many of these edits do not show in the Data Analysis
reports the following day after the cube builds.

Is this a common issue, and if so what is the corrective action to fix this?

Hi Bubba, presumably the job publishes with 100% success? I would check that
1st.
