Resource Availability Problem

Perplexed in Sacramento

Something has happen to our resource availability, but we're not sure how it
happened. Our OLAP cube runs once a week as predefined in the Server Admin
area.

But this week all of our resources have no availability. We can see work,
projects that they're on, but the red availability line is flat. We
checked SQL and nothing unusual is in the log. We've even reset the
server(s) in desperation.

We have noticed something amuck though. When you open the Enterprise
Resource Pool for any reason, and try to save anything, we get an error
stating the changes can't be saved and you next have to check the resources
back in via Project Server. We don't think that's related.

Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Perplexed --

Log into PWA with administrator permissions and then click Admin - Manage
enterprise features. Check the data range specified in the Resource
Availability section, as this is probably the source of your problem. Hope
this helps.
