Resource Availability

Hi Guys,

We are using MS Professional 2003 (11.3.2007.1529.15) SP3. When we look at
resource availability in the Resource Pool in MS Web Access, it shows that
all resources have 0 availability from Jun 29th and onwards.

I checked the base calendar, and it seems to be correct. Jun 29 and onwards
appear as available working days (no holidays have been set).

I also spot checked resources and they seem to be set up properly.
(Resource available FROM NA; TO NA; UNITS 100%).

Is there a setting we may have incorrectly configured? Has anyone come
across this before?

Hi Dale,

I tried increasing the date range, but nothing happened. I'm not actually
getting an error message. When I view availability for the team, it simply
shows 24 hours for the week of Jun 22, and then 0 for the week of Jun 29.

Everything seems to be set up properly. :(

You might want to post the text of the error message your are seeing. It
would help us to troubleshoot your problem. Let us know.

It's working now! I think when I increased the date range, and when the
server updated ... the resource availability was corrected.
