Resource Available From/To Fields Showing incorrect data

I have set several resources Available To values on the Resource
Information:Resource Availability grid to reflect a contract resource's
contract end date.

When I show the Columns for Available From and Available To on the Resource
Sheet view, if the Available To date I had set has past, the Available From
column shows the Available To date + 1 day @ 12:00 AM and nothing is shown in
the Available To column.

Can someone explain this behavior? If the Availabe To date I had set has
not past the columns show the correct information.

Specific Example:

For Resource A:
On Resource Information: Resource Availability grid, the first row has the
following values - Available From=NA, Available To=1/14/05, Units=1

When Displaying the Fields Availabile From and Available To on teh Resource
Sheet view I see the following values for Resource A:
Available From=1/15/05 12:00 AM
Available To=NA

I am running MS Office Proj Pro 2003 SP-1

Hi David,

When you enter a date in the "Available To" grid, Project assumes the
resource is not available (Max. Units = 0) beyond that date . So when the
"Available To" date has passed, the Available To values in the field show the
next day (in your example 15 Jan 2005) and the max. units field reflects 0.
