Resource Capacity

Hi All,
in the Resource Center some resource capacity is reported as 0h per day. I
can't find why the resource capacity is reported fine for some resources and
wrong for others. Please help. I'm using ms project 2007.

Hi Evgeni,

This could be due to a calendar execption for the resource, or an effective
date coming into play. Check the resource calendar and the effective dates.

Hi Evgeni,

do you have calendars set up for resources? if so do these calendars
include working hrs?

also one other thing to ensure to check which shows a resource with
zero capacity in the resource centre... the user who has zero hours
reported against them ensure that where the user is set up - server
settings - manage users - user name - the option (team assignment
pool) needs to be unchecked unless you know how to use this function

Hi Nikki,
your assumption is correct. I found the same - resources marked with "team
assignment pool" on were reported with 0 hours capacity. When I cleared out
it capacity was reported fine.
