Resource Center showing incomplete data

Hi

I have an issue with the resource center graphs not displaying complete data
about resource availability. When I view resource assignments on projects in
the resource center I see an accurate view of information, when I view
availability I see some of these assigned work missing from the data. This
problem only seems to occur with the 'View Resource Availability' feature of
the the resource center, I see the assigned work in SSRS reports, data
analysis reports etc.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason about this problem, some tasks
on some projects but all resources. I assume that the query/stored procedure
run by the 'View Resource Availability' feature is having trouble with some
of the data associated with the tasks.

Does anyone have any advice to trouble shoot this problem.

It seems to be specific to tasks starting or ending in November (this month).
Tasks that span the month suddenly appear in the 'View Resource
Availability' page but bring the start or end of a task into this month and
it suddenly disappears.

I'm losing the will to live with this problem; does anyone have any
suggestions?

Hi Dale

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the booking category of the resources
and they are all Committed. Switching between include proposed bookings
doesn't show any changes in the graph or data.

It seems strange though that the task disapears if it starts and ends in
November. The project and resources are all using the same Standard calendar.
