Resource Center view unequal resource pool

Our server is doing somthing inexplicable. We are missing resources from the
resource pool when we look in the resource center. All changes in the
resource pool have no effect to the resource center.
It looks like an inconsistency in the database because we also have some
troulbes with the portfolio cubes. The cube generation never comletes.
No error messagages in the log file!

Has anyone an idea?
