Resource Center View

We are new users of MSP 2002 Enterprise and have created
and populated an enterprise resource pool. When I enter
Resource Center and click on one of the names in the pool
and click on View Availability, my graph shows the
Availability dropping to 0 in four weeks time. It also
states a warning in red at the bottom that "Availability
data has not been published for one or more resources in
the selected date range".

I have gone into the Resource Pool and actually input a
date range of several years on the availability of the
resource in an attempt to solve this, but to no avail.

Can someone tell me what I might be missing?

Debbie,

You need to update your resource tables. I had the same problem as well.

In PWA go to ADMIN->Manage Enterprise Resources->Update resource table and
OLAP cube. Go through all of the required fields there and make sure that
if you do not want a OLAP cube built to select "No, I only want to update
resource availability information " Then enter in your date range to report
resource availability.

You can then either update your resource information NOW as shown on the
last selection or set it to update at what every frequency you want.
