I have a EPM Implemented in a organization with around 400 resources.
Some of the resources are internal and some are contractors. The internal
resources have a well defined cost/hour, and the external reosurces have cost
per month.
So when implementing EPM i added the cost per hour for internal employees
and cost per month for external employees. After a month or so the cost for
the external contractors changed.
For eg. A guy xyz who makes 8000 dollars a month was changed to 5,333.33
dollars a month and changed not only for him but for all the contractors.
Any ideas on why this is happening. Any sort of help will be appreciated.
