Hi,
i need to know how can i get the resource cost value per
department/area. The scenario is:
- A task has three resources associated
- This task has a shared cost by three areas in my company group.
Area 1 will be responsable for 30% of that cost, Area 2 for 40% and
Area 3 for 30%.
Questions:
- How or what is the best pratice to determine the rates for each
area, for each task?
- How can i obtain the cost values for each area in a task
- How cal i obtain the cost values of each resource in each area on a
task?
