I posted a thread regarding this in December, but maybe someone can assist
me further. I have a resource setup in Exchange / Outlook 2000. What I
want to happen is when someone successfully books the resource it sends them
a custom email message reminder stating "dont forget to include blah blah
blah". Is this possible? If I create a rule it does not work because the
resource request does not even appear in the inbox. So none of the rules
will be processed on the resource request message. Is there some way of
creating an auto-response for a successful booking of a resource? Any ideas
would be appreciated.
