Resource Data Disappears

We have this random problem happening and I have not been able to figure out
why and how to stop it from happening. We are usig Project Server 2003 and
Project Pro 2003. Every now and then the resources Windows User Account
information disappears and prevents us from saving / publishing files due to
the spooler error this generates.
The error is generally that there is a conflict with an existing account.
The files were built using the resource pool and no local resources. Some
files it happens consistently others it is a random act and I have no way of
predicting when and where.

Gary,

Thanks you nailed it. I had ASSUMED our infrastructure group had applied ALL
and any of the service packs I sent them. They don't even have SP1 installed
