Resource information by individual project

I would like to view resource information for each resource by individual
project. I realise I can use filters to show Pxxx only, however the summary
line still reflects totals for all projects assigned to resource. I have
also tried exporting via Analyse Timescaled Data in Excel (filtered by Pxxx)
but again the result is totals for all projects assigned to resource. If I
open the Resource Profile it lists summary of projects assigned under each
resource but again to export this data I end up with summary of all projects.


I could get the result I'm after by copying and pasting data from project to
excel and then manuplating data there but is there an easier way to export (&
view) resource information for each resource by individual project.

Have you tried loading Proj Pro without summary resources and then reporting
from reports\visual reports ?

How do I load without summary resources?

I know there is a check box in Options, View, "Show Project Summary Task",
is there another check box somewhere for summary resources?

Alternatively you can group on resource name in the resource usage
view and filter out external tasks
