The Booking Type field is only used in conjunction with Microsoft Project
Server. It specifies whether a resource is committed to the project (sort
of like writing the resource's name in ink) or whether the resource is
proposed on the project (sort of like writing the resource's name in
pencil). In a Project Server environment, the Booking Type value for each
resource on a project controls how the resource assignment information is
displayed within Project Web Access. Hope this helps.
