Resource Initials and % allocation on Gantt view

How do I include Resource Initials against a task on a
Gantt, and also have the unit allocation, as it is with
Resource Name? I'm sure this was possible in earlier
versions, but is not obvious now.
This is needed so all resources allocated and their %
allocation can be seen on the screen/reports.

I do not believe it was possible before. The workaround is to go to the
resource sheet and put the resource initials in the resource name column and
the resource name in the resource initials column.
