Resource kit failing outlook setup

Using the custom installation wizard to create a custom MST file for Office
XP, seems that Outlook Exchange preferences work on Windows 2000 machines
but not on Windows NT machines - users logging in on NT machines get the
wizard for setting up a new account.

Any hints?
