Resource Leveling Prompts

For some reason, every time I want to make a change to
tasks where resources are overallocated, Project
(server?) keeps prompting me to level them or stop the
leveling process. (skip, skip all, stop). How do I turn
this automatic feature/prompt off? I never want to let MS
Project level my resources but I also don't want to be
prompted every time I make a change.
