Resource Link Error in Project Web Access (2003)

1. I get this error when I click on the resource link in PWA. Does anyone have a solution

An error occurred while trying to access the resources stored on the database. Either there are too many resources, or the project server may not have the correct dsn configuration

2. I get a javascript error when I click on the Server Configuration option in the Admin section. Also, the features section stays on 'Loading Data'

Any help will be much appreciated.

Make sure that you're running MDAC 2.8 on all of your client machines as
well as the server.

I have verified that all clients and the server is running mdac 2.8. I
still get the error.

I even whacked the server and started from scratch, but I'm getting the same
error.

Any other ideas?

Do you see errors in the server application event log? If so, what are they?
